On November 24, 2024, the 10th EOGC Egypt Oil & Gas Convention took place in New Cairo, Egypt. Under the patronage of  H.E. Eng. Karim Badawi, Minister of Egyptian Petroleum & Mineral Resources, the event welcomed nearly 100 international oil & gas companies and provided a key platform for industry collaboration and innovation. NPIC Egypt, a subsidiary of China Zhenhua Oil, was invited to take part in this prestigious gathering.

The EOGC was held under the theme “Maximize Productivity & Drive Down Costs” and focused on promoting the sustainable development of Egypt's oil and gas sector by sharing the knowledge & experience, technological innovation, and improved operational strategies.

During the event, NPIC Egypt’s team delivered an insightful presentation and particularly highlighted Zhenhua Oil’s technological advancements and extensive development experience in Egypt. The team also engaged in in-depth discussions with industry experts on key topics, including digital transformation in oil fields and strategies for reducing carbon emissions.

Beyond fostering global industry exchanges, the forum served as a platform to showcase Zhenhua Oil’s expertise, forward-thinking approach and innovative spirits in the oil and gas sector. Moving forward, Zhenhua Oil remains dedicated to open cooperation, strengthening international knowledge exchange, and driving future advancements in the industry.
