From October 15 to 17, the young technology team from ZhenHua Oil's Research Institute of Exploration and Development was invited to attend the 2024 Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Asia Pacific Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition in Australia.

Co-hosted by Chevron, Woodside Energy Australia, and T-navigator, the event focused on "Advancing Energy in Asia Pacific: Opportunities, Challenges, and Solutions", attracting active participation from renowned universities, major oil and gas companies, and international oilfield service companies. At this grand event, three young researchers from the institute delivered keynote presentations, fully showcasing the latest research achievements in areas such as fibre optic monitoring technology, safe and efficient drilling and completion, carbon neutrality, emissions peaking and digital transformation, winning widespread acclaim from attending experts and industry peers.

Participating in the 2024 SPE Asia Pacific Oil and Gas Conference & Exhibition marked an important appearance for ZhenHua Oil on the international stage, fully demonstrating the technological innovation capabilities of its own team. In the future, the institute's young technology team will bravely ride the wave of technological innovation, continuously scale new technological heights, and contribute more "ZhenHua technological strength" to the development of the national energy industry.
